10.My computer at work (Win2K) was just upgraded to Outlook 2002
(10.2627.2625). I was previously using Outlook 2000. I've noticed a couple of
problems that I did not see before.

First, I usually set my calendar to give a custom view of 2 days displayed.
In Outlook 2000, I could switch to another folder (Inbox for example), then
when I returned to the Calendar the display was still the same. But now when
I switch to another folder then back to Calendar, it now displays 5 days
(today, and the next 4 days - this is not the same as Work Week which is
M-F). If I set it to Day/Work Week/Week/Month and do the same, when I return
the calendar display is the same as when I left. I get tired of resetting the
view - anyone have any ideas?

Second, I have a custom field set up on my Tasks. In Calendar view, I can no
longer enter data into that field. I have to switch to Tasks in order to
enter data into that field. Any way to correct this?

Thank you

Show the user defined field in the TaskPad - right click the heading of the
TaskPad (in the Calendar) and select Field Chooser, User Defined Fields and
add yours to the view by dragging it onto the column headings of the
TaskPad.

Judy,

The fields are showing in the Task Pad. The problem is I can enter
information into the normal Task fields (Task list, due date etc.) but not my
custom fields when I try to in the Calendar view. When I switch to Tasks
view, then I can enter information into all the fields.

Workaround - I deleted my old custom fields and created new custom fields,
and now I can enter the data in all the fields in Calendar view just fine.
Thank you for your help.
