Calendar Admin's default reminder

I have a secretary here that is the administrator on two other people'
calendar. When creating an appointment on one of the other user'
calendar the reminder time is already set to 15 minutes. When creatin
an appointment in the second user's calendar, the reminder time has t
be checked. Looked at the second user's settings and the defaul
reminder time is set to 15 minutes. Looked on her machine and th
reminder time is set to 15 minutes, but she still has to check th
reminder time when creating an appointment for this user. How can I ge
the New appointment reminder time to already be checked when she create
a new appointment for this user like user 1 where it is already checke
when she brings up the new appointment dialog box
