Calendar and Personal Calendar Duplication

Hello.
I recently migrated to from Outlook 03 to Outlook 07. During this process I somehow created a calendar named "Calendar in Personal Folders", which apparently is associated with my PST file. I also have the "normal" Exchange calendar named "Calendar".

Whenever I respond "Yes" to a meeting request, both calendars are updated to show the meeting. Consequently, I get two duplicate meeting notifications before each meeting.
This is an annoyance. I really only want a single notification.

How do I unsync or remove "Calendar in Personal Folders" ?

FYI: My settings are fairly basic. I do use a rule to forward incoming email from the Exchange server to my Personal Folders Inbox

Any help is appreciated.
