Calendar and Tasks

I know such a feature exists, but I don't know how to
enable. Please help.

I would like to add an event to accomplish, plus the
reminders associated with those events, and send those
scheduled events out to co-workers. Can you please alert
me to the set up process.

I don't understand. Do you mean events -- as in all-day appointments -- or
tasks? And what reminders do you envision?
