Calendar appointment missing in cached mode

We've one user who has problems with Outlook 2003 using
it in cached mode. When he view his calendar, only
repeating apppoints are shown. But when he updates the
calendar view by pressing the page up and page down key,
all his appointments are shown up.

When he don't uses exchanged cached mode, the problems
doesn't occured.

Any suggestions?
