Calendar Appointments in Pacific Time

J

John E. Golden

I've just upgraded to Vista Business and installed Microsoft Office 2007. I
imported all my Calendar Appointments and they are all on Pacific Time (3
hours later than they should be) even though the Time Zone is set to Eastern
Time. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I downloaded this 'tool,' but it does not help me. I live in the Eastern
Time Zone area, but all my appointments show times that are three hours too
late. I can fix the appointment times by switching to the Pacific Time
Zone, but I don't wnat to do this becasue I live in the Eastern Time Zone.

Was the new machine set to the correct time in the eastern time zone? If
not, you'll need to fix the time with the outlook time zone mover tool.

Set the time zone so the appointments are correct then export to excel. Fix
the zone and import.
