Calendar/Appointments Missing

In the Calendar/Day view or any view, my appointments that
have been set new or old are not showing. This in turn
does not provide me my reminders when needed. Any
thoughts on what the issue could be?

What version of Outlook? Are you using Exchange Server or
an ISP?
