Calendar appts not crossing over

I use my calendar frequently - and am able to send calendar appointments to
my parents (home PC's) and to my sister (work environment). They can see my
appts and accept. They can also see and accept appts sent from my husband's
home outlook. I am not able to receive outlook appts from any of these home
PC's on my work outlook profile. We are working on Outlook 2003 - with a
collection of operating systems (XP & Vista). Anyone else have this trouble?
