Hello,
I am trying to setup "Automatic Formatting" in Outlook 2007. I have used the
help and followed its directions but when I create a new calendar appointment
it is not colored? I have made a "Rule" called "Appts for Rick" and selected
a color. Do I have to select "Appts for Rick" somewhere within the
appointment I am creating for this to work? I have created the rule to look
for "Rick" in the subject line and have selected a contact for "Attendees"
under the "Conditions" button. For "Time" I selected when Created and
Anytime. So, to me, whenever an appointment is created with Rick anywhere in
the subject field it should show in the calendar with the color selected and
I should receive an e-mail? That is my goal anyway. Automatic color and an
e-mail sent when appointments are created. Hope you can help. Have a great
day!
Thanks,
Rick
