Calendar Availabilty when working acorsss multiple time zones

Our company crossed multiple time zones. When you set up your calendar, you
indicate your work day. My calendar is set to 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. A
coworker in another time zone can send me a meeting request that exceeds my
work day. It would be nice if you could visially see in the availability
that my work day is set to 8:30 to 5:00 pm EST. It might also be useful
that if you sent a meeting request that exceeds someone elses work day, a
warning will return.
