We have two conference rooms added to our email list so people setting up a
meeting can choose one, add it to "rooms" and book it. The only problem is
that other people can book the same room at the same time, resulting in a
double booking.
There must be a way to set it up so the room can't be booked more than once
for the same time slot.
Any help or suggestions?
