Entourage 2004 for Mac OS 10.4.3

Hi, I'd like to my appointments/events to automatically assign a category
based on the type of meeting. For example, I have two projects going on and
if I have a meeting for Project A, I would like it to automatically apply
that category/color. I've several email rules to do this to messages but I'm
stumped on how to do it for the calendar.

Any ideas?

I think, if I understand you correctly you want to set an appointment for a
project (calendar) that automatically has the project for the appointment.
Is that right?

Seems easy, 'tho I sometimes forget to do this for emails, it works the same
way:
1. Go to the Project center (click the project icon all the way to right),
the tabs that come up are labeled Overview, Schedule, Mail, Files, Contacts,
Clippings, Notes .
2. In the Project Center views select the project you want to work with in
the Project Center dropdown.
3. Select Schedule from the tabs to show your Project calendar.
4. Make a new appointment/event.
5. Your Project automatically becomes referenced as the project for that
event.
