Calendar Conflict Checking - Time Limit???

J

jody

I'm running w2k and exchange 2k servers and Outlook
2002. When a user tries to make an appt. in December and
then invite users to attend he can only see their
calendar schedules until October 31. Anything after that
comes up as no information. Is there a limit switch
somewhere to conflict checking on dates? I thought you
could see calendar conflicts well into the future.

Any ideas? Also, this happens on all computers.

Thanks
Jody

Outlook defaults to only showing 2 months of Free/Busy, this can be changed
to a total of 12 months by going to Tools > Options > Calendar Options >
Free/Busy. Note you wont actually get 12 months but 11 months in advance as
the other month is in the past.

Go to tools, Options and choose the Preferences tab.
Select the Calendar Options. On the dialog box that opens
click on the Free/Busy options button on the bottom of the
dialog box. You can change the number of months that are
published to the server there.
