I've got a user running Outlook 2003[SP1] on an XP[SP2] platform, and going
her mailbox resides on an Exchange 2003[SP2] server.
She called me, yesterday, stating that her Outlook Calendar (via the Office
Assistant), used to notify her whenever she created a new entry that
conflicted with or adjacent to another one, but it doesn't do it anymore.
I took a look at her Outlook Calendar settings and everything look OK.
Was there a setting that I missed? Is there an area that needs to be checked
or an option that needs to be enabled for the Office Assistant to notify her
of a Conflict?
Thanks.
