Calendar + Contacts + Email

I have a situation where we have a remote mail server. We read our mail
using outlook pop3 service.

My boss wants to share his outlook xp calendar with everyone in the office,
and also share contacts and email with his secretary.

How can this be done? (Can it be done at all without MS Exchange Server?)

Any help will be appreciated.
