Calendar Control 10.00

Hello, I am using Office 2003 and I would like to add a calendar control to
an Access form. When I click on Insert/Active X control, I only see Calendar
Control 9 which doesn't appear on my form. Does anyone know how I can add
Calendar Control 10?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Joanne,

My Access only shows version 8. This is at c:\windows\system32. I also have
version 11 at c:\program files\microsoft office\office11\.

You need to find out where your version 10 is (if you have it)

To change Access to use the new version, go to menu item 'Tools' then
'Active X Controls...'

In here You can click Register and browse to the other file. When I go to
insert now it gives me the option Calendar Control 11.0 and has replaced the
old one all together.

hope that helps

Why not do yourself a favour and skip using the ActiveX version? Check what
Stephen Lebans has at http://www.lebans.com/monthcalendar.htm as an
alternative. The fact that it's all API-based means that there are no
versioning issues, which can be a problem when using ActiveX controls.
