I am aware of the active X calendar 11 control and understand its benefits,
implications and properties.
My "query" is
I would like to have my date fields to be represented by a text box control
with format of the date being "long date" but instaed of having the calendar
control occupying an area of around 2"x3" on the from since there are 2
fields on my form pertaining to date values and 2 fields on my form
pertaining to time value, I was wondering if there is way by which I can
represent the calendar control as an icon like button around 0.2" x 0.2" in
size. ( I am zero in VBA)If you guys have worked with infopath you guys would
understand what I am trying to say. So when I click on that button I get the
calendar zoom up on my screen , I select the date and the value gets entered
in the format that I have designed. This saves valuable estate of space on my
form.
Question 2 :
Similar to the calendar control is there a way to get an active X time
control that manifests like a command button, which on clicking comes like a
clock or a text box from which my secretary can select the time in hours and
minutes more easily?
Thanks for your time
