I saw a mail merge sample somewhere on the internet but can't find it now
but it's not that hard to make your own - open an ical in word and insert
the field codes in the appropriate place. This has the basics: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=5005334� - note
that word can use the CSV as the source so step 4 is not necessary.
