Calendar: Ctrl - N gives 'required form cannot be displayed'. Why?

P

Peter Evans

I cannot make new entries in Calendar - Outlook 2003. I get the message 'The
form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
supervisor' when trying to make a new entry, e.g., Ctrl-N.

How do I get the form. I was able to make new entries before getting the
latest MS downloads to fix problems. I have uninstalled and re-installed
Outlook 2003; no change, still cannot make any new appointments in the
Calendar.

Help! (Please.)

Thanks in advance.

Look on the Properties dialog for that calendar folder and tell us what form is set as its default.
