Here is what is happening. I have a user on a Windows 2000 Pro machine with
Office Outlook 2003 loaded. When she goes to print daily calendar pages,
one day per page, the printer pauses for about a second between pages. The
printer is a network printer and is a HP LaserJet 4000 TN on a 2003 Small
Business Server. However, when a user on the same network, 2003 SBS, prints
from a NT client loaded with Outlook 2002, their is no pause between the
pages while printing. Although this is not a major issue, the users are
getting frustrated with the slight delay because they have to print out
monthly calendar pages for their bosses.
Any ideas of what is going on? Is it the Outlook 2003 program? Does it
handle printing differently than 2002? Is it the client machine itself? I
had to load the NT print drivers on the NT machine itself because of
security settings, I could not load the NT print drivers on the 2003 SBS.
Thank you in advance.
