Calendar Data Lost

Is there any way to restore my calendar events from my Time Machine back up? I updated my Mac OS today and lost all my calendar events, but nothing else; emails and address book are are there.

only by restoring the entire database, which you will find in:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/[Identity Name]/
