Calendar/Date reminders for certain events

I have a list of permits with expiration dates for 12 different types in an
Excel file. I need to have some way to set up something that can
automatically let me know if any of them have expired or are about to. I
know I can do it individually for each permit by using a formula, but I want
to see if there is something else someone may know of that may be easier.
The file also has company name and other items of detail.

Because numerous people need to have access to them and I'll need to run a
report. I know I can share my calendar with them, but I was looking for
something different. Any thoughts?

Why not put them in Outlook?

Outside of a formula, which you've already thought of, no.

Thanks. Outlook would be the easiest way, but we have so much turnover and
the expiration dates are 2-3 years out.
