Mike

Can someone help me with what I need to change to show 30
consecutive days rather than 6 work weeks when I put 30
days into the "Duration" column?

Thanks in Advance

Hi Mike

type 30ed (elapsed days) in the duration column instead of 30d - i think
this will give you what you're after

You could copy the entire duration column.
paste into excel
find and replace "day" with "ed"
copy the column and paste back
Thinking again, you could replace the space character with space e.
That would work for durations that are in weeks etc.
Note that this will make your project 5/7 of the previous duration.

Hi Mike

just wondering why you need / want to do this for all tasks? if you're
specifying all tasks as ED how are you determining what the actual work &
when it needs to be done etc? if you'ld like to give us more information
about your project / work environment maybe we can come up with some other
ideas.
