Hello !
I have a strange result with calendar delegation for one of my users.
Classic case: a secretary having the rights on calendars of two managers.
This delegation was activated since their Outlook via Options => Delegation
=> Add secretary with author rights (read, create and modify items) on
calendar and tasks.. classical !
To create a appointement of one manager, since her Outlook, she opens his
calendar and she creates...
When she records/sends an appointement, it was well in manager 's calendar
and it sents to the participants but this appointement also added in her
personal calendar.
So, she finds,in a mysterious way in her calendar all appointements she
sends on behalf of her managers!
I don't understand...
delegation badly configure ? i must modify other parameters..
I saw that managers' calendar are in the table named " my calendars " just
under her. Not in the table named "Other calendars" => a link with this
dupplication?
I have Exchange 2003 SP1 and Outlook 2003
Thanks for your help,
Damien
