Calendar delegate sees accepted meetings but owner doesn't

One of my users is a delegate on her boss' calendar. When a meeting request
comes in she accepts it on his behalf. She can see the accpeted request
while on her machine but her boss doesn't see the schedule change (new
meeting) on his calendar.
We're running Outlook 2k on Windows 2k.
