Calendar deleting all the time.

I have a user on XP SP2, running Office 2003 and everytime she creates or is
sent a calendar event it deletes itself. She does have a Blackberry using a
Blackberry server but cant see anything that would cause this. HELP!

Another thing to look for is her default delivery location. If you check
in TOOLS, EMAIL ACCOUNTS, VIEW OR CHANGE EXISTING
E-MAIL ACCOUNTS, where does her DELIVER NEW E-MAIL
TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATION show?

Could this client have logged onto another machine and accidentally
set her delivery location to a PST on that machine?

Does this client have a DELEGATE setup with too aggressive settings?

Is this client set up for cached mode and perhaps the OST file is not
synchronizing as intended. Sometimes a rebuild of the corrupt OST
file fixes this issue.

The user gets the calendar event in her Inbox first, she accepts and then it
goes to her deleted box after about 10 minutes or so. I have recreated her
OST and her Outlook Profile and even did the Office reset cmd. The user has
not delegates assigned and does not share out her Calendar.
Looks like something has changed since we took off a task sync
utility(milksync) she had on her Blackberry, now it delivers to her Inbox,
she accepts, and then it goes to delete box but stays in her Calendar
now.......... Could it be the Sync on her BB?
