calendar delivery

My office uses Exchange server which provides server-based mailboxes for everyone. However, I choose to have my mail delivered to a personal folder on my PC. By doing so, all of my calendar appointments are now in my personal fodler rather than the exchange mailbox. This makes my public schedule always look empty and causes folks to double-book me for meetings.

Is there a way for me to retain delivery of email to my personal folder, but keep calendar info on the server?
