Calendar display

Kathryn

I have been using Outlook for many years. I recently got new software - Microsoft Office XP Pro with (service pack) SP-2 (Outlook 2002).

I like to use the Day/Week/Month view on the calendar. And I like to have the screen maximized. In the past when I viewed the calendar all I saw was whatever text was in the subject of an appointment in the "day box". Now I see the start time of the appointment as well as the subject text. I don't like this ... too busy! (If I minimize the calendar the times disappear ... but I don't like it minimized! Too small. Fussy, I know!)

How can I change it so that I don't see the times when the calendar is maximized?

Many thanks.
