How do I get the monthly calendar view to display more than the first two or three words of an item?

How do I get the monthly calendar view to display more than the first two or three words of an item?

Only way I know is to make the calendar larger, by clicking the green
button to fill the screen, and by eliminating the two sidebars (folder
list and task list).

Sorry, but it will only display one line per event.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
