Calendar entries disappear after few days

[Newbie]

We have a few users complains about they accepted meetings but few days
later, the meetings disappear from their calendar? What would be causing
this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Clients are using Outlook 2003 SP3, server is Exchange 2007 SP1.

Are they syncing with a blackberry or other device? That can cause it.
