Calendar entries not visible on PC

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange In a mixed estate of Macs and PCs there is one Entourage user whose calendar entries are not visible to PC users with cached exchange mode switched on. All other Entourage users are OK.
As soon as cached exchange mode is switched off and Outlook reopened, the calendar entries are visible.
Does anyone know if there is a setting within Entourage that would prevent the calendar from being cached?

If the events can be seen using OWA then the events should be accessible to
the Outlook users (assuming the Entourage has granted the Outlook users
permission). It sounds like the Outlook users are being denied access to
the calendar ONLY when cached mode is on. Here is an article about flushing
the Outlook Exchange cache to try on one of the Outlook users' computers:

in-Outlook

Sometimes access problems are related to how Microsoft caches authentication
info and permissions. I recommend if the Outlook users log into a domain
that you reboot their computers as well.

Re-check permissions on the Entourage user's calendar as well.

Once again if OWA shows the events on the user's calendar then it is not an
issue with the Entourage client.
