I am receiving appointment requests, which are visible in my inbox,
but the time is not marked in my calendar until the meeting has been
accepted. At that point it is still only showing as tentative until
the sender confirms the meeting. On colleagues machines, as soon as
they receive a request it shows up in their calendar.
