Calendar entries posting to more than one calendar

I have a client running SBS 2003/Outlook 2003 that has all of their personal
calendars shared. They also have a "dummy" account whose calendar is shared
as a Master Calendar. They want to be able to post entries in their personal
calendar and have those entries also post to the shared master calendar. Can
this be done, and if so, how? Thank you for your help.

With VB code you write yourself or a third-party tool that replicates
folders, it should be possible.

Ok, so it sounds like short of writing some custom code there's no way to do
this with built-in functions of Outlook/Exchange, correct?
