I have a client that is using Outlook 2003 through an exchange server 2003
with SP2 off of a Windows Small Business Server 2003 standard edition with SP
2 domain. When the client opens his calendar he recieves the following error
message. "There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders. Some
reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrence information for this
appointment." I need to know how to fix this problem.

Try opening Outlook using the command line switch - start->run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders. Also, you may want to try running start->run->outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
