Calendar event invites fail to contain correct time zone

I am on eastern time and have confirmed that this is set correctly in Preferences - Calendar options.

When Outlook users on West Coast open event invites they appear without the requisite time zone overset. Example meeting set for 1 pm ET appears as 1 PM to all parties - not 10 am Pacific as would be actual time on West Coast.

I think you are experiencing issue which is described in KB# 925376. I would
suggest you to call Microsoft support and they will fix this issue for you
(no charge)
