Calendar events not showing up

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Events that i create at work on my pc with Outlook 2007 do not show up at home on my mac with Entourage 2008. However when i create an event at home on my mac, it does appear on my work laptop.
