Calendar freezes + won't show date past 9/1/04

When I loaded the software for my HP IPAQ 1910, I found
that my Outlook Calendar freezes up. Also, before loading
the new software, and still - I cannot advance the
calendar past September 1, 2004.
Is anyone else having this problem?
