Calendar Funkiness

I have a user who, when an appointment is sent to a colleague of his, he gets
a copy with the notation: "Please Respond on behalf of..."
I checked the permissions he has on her calendar, and changed them to
author, but I've never had this happen before and have given people similar
permissions on other people's calendars. Can someone tell me what's going on
and how I can stop it?

The colleague apparently has set the user up as a delegate. If any changes are to be made, you need to be looking over the colleague's shoulder.

Hi Sue,

Thanks for the response. I checked on the Exchange server, in AD, and didn't
see anyone as delegate. Can someone be given delegate status in Outlook?
Where would I look?

Look in Tools | Options | Delegates while logged in as that user.
