Calendar Group Permissions

I'm having trouble adding permissions for groups(distribution) in
Outlook 2007.

I go into the permissions dialog, click add and get my list of users.
I add the group, click OK and get the error "One or more users cannot
be added to to the folder access list. Non-Local users cannot be
given rights on this server".

However, if I use the Outlook 2003 client I have no problem adding the
group. In fact, after I add it, I can change the permission level in
Outlook 2007.

Does anyone know how to change outlook 2007 so I can add groups to the
permission list?
