In my calendars view their is a (2) in parathensis following the word
"calendar". What is this? We use 2 profiles on our outlook because we have
different email addresses.

I think you are correct and the calendar word is shown in bold. Is there an
easy way to find the unread items in our calendar which goes back to 2001 and
forward to 2009?
Thanks for your help

Try using a list view of the calendar folder (like All Appointments) and
find the bold items

Thank you very much. I found the 2 items, both were travel itineries copied
into the appointment. Problem solved. Thanks for taking your time to help.

thanks for taking the time to reply. Vince solved the problem, there were 2
appointments that had unopened items within. When I opened them, the 2 went
away.
