Calendar Help

Hi! Can anyone out there tell me how to create a separate calendar and add specific info and send to others?

To create a separate calendar, choose File | New | Folder.

As for sending info to others, provide more specifics: Do you want to send
individual items? A montly printable calendar? Are these "others" Outlook
usesr?
