Calendar Help!

I would like to schedule all 26 rooms for use each day. I need to know hourly who will be in each room. Right now we've been using the normal calendar and attaching which rooms are being used by which group to the meeting requests. This has caused problems with double booking and not knowing who is in what room. My question is does anyone know of an addition to oulook that makes it so I will essentially have a seperate calendar for each room? Or, any other software than can be suggested to meet out scheduling needs? Thanks for the help

Are you using an Exchange server?

The preferred method in Exchange is to create a mailbox for each room. The
Calendar folder in that mailbox will be the room's calendar. Users can
schedule it directly. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm
