Hi,

I was hoping somebody could help me with an Outlook 2003 problem

I am looking to organise holiday dates for the office. What I would like to
do is to send/share holidays dates of everyone is the office. I would like to
do this in Outlook but not have to send an e-mail that go into their inbox
but just to appear in their calendars. Can anyone help
