I am having two problems with Entourage Calendar. I use 2004. First, I try to add the holidays and follow the import helper thing, but nothing ever shows up in my calendar. What should I do?

Second, I would like to print the weekly calendar as I see it on the screen, with boxes with my appointments in them, instead of a list for each day that seems to be the only option in the print menu. This format is much harder for me to follow during the day, and blocked off chunks of time help. Thanks.

Have you checked calendar "On My Computer"? I don't believe the holidays
will import directly into the Exchange calendar in Entourage 2004.

You can use one of the views to the left of the calendar to view all
events. This will give you a list of items that you can select, drag and
drop from one calendar to another.

Entourage 2004's print/calendar support is limited. Entourage 2008, from
what I see, prints a weekly overview page and then details for each day
on other pages. It does not, however, print in the format you see on screen.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.

Hope this helps!
