Calendar holidays

Hi all,
I am trying to find a way to check if the selected date in date picker is a
holiday without writing a code! (I am an israeli and need jewish holidays)
my question is if i should upload xml source file with all the holiday dates
and then compare the source to the date picker? and if so, where can i get it?
should i try to find an advanced activeX calendar control?
or maybe some other ideas?
I am using browser enabled forms with moss.

If something like this exists, the it's probably a web service. I don't
personally know of one, but you can do a web search.

I'v done it with built in xml file of holidays.
