Calendar in days

Calendar in Hours

I created a Project in Hours rather than days. I then created a new 16 hour calendar, entered the task and duration of 48 hours, which should be 3 days with a 16 hour calendar. Project calculated the finish date as 6 days later, which would be using the standard calendar. Doesn't Project like working in hours? My instructor indicated it was better to work in hours rather than days?

Hi,

The expression "calendar" ia ambiguous.
Please read
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm
faq 5.Default working hours

And by the way, Project works in minutes... :)
