Calendar in Form

In my project, I need to know when a teacher in available
for teaching an emergency class. Since the teachers are
more likely to be not available, I have set the default
to NO. The teachers are set up to be available by the
day of the week and AM or PM. How do I set up the form
to reflect this so that I can run a report to see whow
would be available when someone cancels.
