Calendar in MS Works Task Launcher WIPED OUT! help???

MS office home and student 2007, windows vista, new pc as of June 2007.

I went into my works launcher today and the calendar is the first page you
see. All my appointments were there but the calendar was only showing the
appointments by week. I tried to get it back to show the entire month but
could not figure out how...

I tried to "open calendar' but it would not do it. I close the program and
opened it up again. ALL of my calendar appointments were completely WIPED
OUT!!
I tried to find help myself.. nothing I found could help me, I have spent an
hour searching for help and nothing.

I don't even know if I am posting this in the right section! Nothing seems
to be here for the task launcher program!!

Microsoft charges for help and I have nothing to spare in my budget.

Does anyone out there know what happened or if I can get my info back on the
calendar?
I swear.. old fashioned paper and pencil is the way I will go from now on.
