Calendar in new window

Ok you know how you can right click your calendar and open
in a new window. I have a client that wants this to open
automatically maybe via a shortcut on the desktop? Any
ideas how I can do this?

Try this. Go the the desktop, and right click, and select to create a
shortcut. Under the field "Type the location of the item:" type
Outlook:Calendar. Click next, and give a descriptive name under "Type a name
for this shortcut", and clock Finish. Now double click this shortcut on the
desktop. This should open the outlook calendar.
