calendar in outlook 2002 won't update

A couple of months ago my calendar in Outlook 2002 (w/ SP3) stopped accepting
new entries - it had worked fine for years. The error basically says "can't
save... 1 or more parameters values are not valid". The only system change I
can remember near that time was adding the Google toolbar to IE. In Outlook
Today / Properties / Advanced it shows "Personal Folders". I have 12
sub-folder and the size for all folders is 350kb (I don't use it for email).
Appreciate any help. DS

If you uninstall the Google Toolbar, does it work as expected?

I uninstalled both Google Toolbar and Google Desktop but it made no
difference - same problem exists.
